Returns Policy

We appreciate your custom and if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve as quickly as possible. To allow us to deal with your query quickly and effectively please keep all acknowledgement emails and quote your order number in all correspondence.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Orders cancelled within 14 days of being placed will be refunded in full on receipt of any returned goods (if applicable). Postage costs will not be refunded the cost of returning item(s) to us will be your responsibility.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Faulty goods will be refunded in full, including postage costs.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

Once the return is accepted, we will notify you that your exchange item is on its way.  

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method with in 30 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
